For those of you who want to know what I've been drinking, here's the list of beers I bought today in my Revenuer avoiding bootlegging run across state borders. Remember, the best way to find new beer is to watch what others are drinking.
1 Case (24 bottles) Long Hammer IPA by Redhook
1 Case (24 bottles) Raison D'Etre by Dogfish Head
1 Bottle (1 pint 6 oz) Old Ruffian Barley Wine by Great Divide
1 Bottle (755 ml) Squall IPA by Dogfish Head
1 Bottle (550 ml) Nut Brown Ale by Samuel Smith
1 Bottle (550 ml) Organic Cherry Fruit Ale by Samuel Smith
I don't recommend the Barley Wine or the Raison D'Etre for new beer drinkers. They are 10.5% and 8.5% respectively and strong, deep flavors. Both the IPA's are deeply bitter (the Squall IPA is about 9%).

How was the Squall?
